What is DISC?
DISC is a behavioural style model widely used in business training. It describes four tendencies: D – Dominance (decisive, results-focused), I – Influence (enthusiastic, people-focused), S – Steadiness (patient, harmony-seeking) and C – Conscientiousness (precise, quality-focused). Everyone has all four in different proportions. Understanding your own style and other people's makes communication, selling and teamwork much smoother.
